Why has my account suddenly become restricted?

In order to keep our community safe, we have systems in place to prevent spammers and trolls from doing too much damage on the site. Sometimes these automated systems get things wrong.

If your account has suddenly become restricted after sending a message, it generally means that one of your messages was inadvertently detected as spam by our system. 

Not to worry though, we've been notified and will check things out and remove the restriction accordingly. We generally get to these requests fairly quickly :) If you don't hear from us shortly after your account becomes restricted, you can reach out and we will take a look!
