Requesting a new password

We've all been there, forgetting your password is the worst! Thankfully, it's pretty simple to request a new one! 

First thing you will need to do is head over to: https://www.diaper-bois.com/users/password/new  

From there, you will enter your email address that you have used to sign up for Diaper-BOIS and you should received an email with a link to change your password. If you do not received that email, be sure to check you junk or spam filters as they sometimes get stuck in there! 

If you have done all that and you still haven't been able to change your password, feel free to reach out to us and we will check things on our end to make sure all is good and will ensure that you are able to access your account!
